Our Shipping Policy
We ship our watches via Fedex Overnight service with third party insurance from Inforsure. Other shipping methods may be available, please inquire for details. Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees on international shipments. Sector Dial LLC is not responsible for situations that arise during international shipments surrounding customs clearance.
Payment
We accept payment by wire transfer. Other forms of payment may be possible for customers with references, please inquire for more details.
Returns
At Sector Dial we sell pre-owned watches, as such they are sold as is. All watches are sold without mechanical guarantees and warranties unless stated otherwise. While we do our very best to provide accurate photos and descriptions, we understand that occasionally you may want to return a watch.
We allow for a 3 day inspection period that starts upon receipt of the watch. If you decide that you'd like to return it you must contact us via email prior to shipping it back. and we will send you a shipping label to facilitate the return. The watch must be received in the same condition that it was when we shipped it to you. You will promptly receive a refund less all costs of shipping, insurance, packing materials and fees associated with the sale and return of the watch after we've inspected it.
